Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Community Builders Lab Affiliate Program (“the Program”).

“Community Builders Lab”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Aphrohub Pty Ltd trading as Community Builders Lab, ABN 84 164 177 039, registered in Australia.

“You” or “Affiliate” refers to the approved participant in this Program.

By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms from the date you accept them (“Commencement Date”).

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

Business Day: Monday–Friday excluding Victorian public holidays

Commission Rate: 10% of net revenue earned from a valid referral

Cookie Duration: 60 days from referral link click

Cancellations Policy: The policy governing refunds and commission reversals

Term: Length of this Agreement per Clause 17

Service Packages: Community Builders Lab courses, bundles and subscriptions

Enrolment

Affiliates must provide accurate registration data and update us when changes occur. We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.

Relationship

This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency. You may not bind or represent Community Builders Lab.

Affiliate Links & Assets

You must use approved affiliate links and graphics exactly as provided.

Modification or unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

You must ensure links remain active and properly implemented.

Promotional Conduct

You must not promote using any content or channels that are:

unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading

sexually explicit or violent

infringing on third-party intellectual property

If we notify you of a violation, you must remove or correct it within 5 Business Days.

Advertising Restrictions

The following tactics are strictly prohibited:

spam or unsolicited messages

PPC bidding on “Community Builders Lab”, its variants or misspellings

coupon or incentive marketing without approval

cookie stuffing, cloaking, iframe tracking

false statements about profits, outcomes or guaranteed success

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe your actions harm our brand or customers.

Eligible Products

Commission is payable only on approved digital products shown in the Affiliate Dashboard.

Orders & Customers

We manage all customer service, payment processing, refunds and cancellations.

Affiliates do not engage in fulfilment or after-sale support.

Tracking & Reporting

We track:

referral source

product purchased

revenue generated

Reports are visible in your Affiliate Dashboard.

Commission, Payments & Taxes

10% commission on eligible net revenue

Earned once the 14-day refund window closes

Payout on the 20th of each month via PayPal or approved bank method

Refunds/chargebacks reverse related commission

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes

If a customer clears cookies, switches devices, or uses another affiliate’s link, last valid affiliate wins attribution.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding and learning materials remain the property of Community Builders Lab.

You may only use our marks to promote your affiliate links.

Warranties & Indemnity

You warrant compliance with all laws and that your activities will not harm our brand or customers.

You agree to indemnify us for losses caused by your breach or unlawful conduct.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee earnings or uninterrupted system access. Affiliates participate at their own commercial risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to $1, excluding claims involving death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Term & Termination

12-month Initial Term

Automatically renews annually

Either party may terminate with 10 Business Days’ written notice

On termination, remove all affiliate links immediately

If terminated due to your breach, outstanding commission is forfeited

Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information during the relationship and destroy it upon termination.

Force Majeure

No liability where failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Severability

If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.

Notices

Notices must be sent to the Registered Email Address of the receiving party.

Entire Agreement & Changes

This Agreement supersedes prior arrangements.

Changes must be made in writing.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to online courses, bundles, and subscription products sold by Community Builders Lab.

Money-Back Guarantee — Digital Products

Customers may request a refund if:

Within 14 days of purchase

Less than 20% of course content has been accessed

Purchase was made directly through communitybuilderslab.com

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 Business Days.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

Refund permitted only within 7 days of the first billing if content usage <20%

Renewal charges are not refundable

Access continues to the end of the paid period

How to Request a Refund

Email: support@communitybuilderslab.com

Include:

Full name

Product name

Order number

Reason for refund

Time zone: Australia/Melbourne (AEST/AEDT)

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

Self-referral purchases by affiliates

Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

Access beyond 20% of product consumption thresholds

Mandatory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Impact on Affiliate Commissions

Commission is pending until the refund window closes

Refunded/charged-back orders reverse commission

If already paid, future payouts will be adjusted

Payout date: 20th of each month

Tracking Window (Cookie Duration)

Valid for 60 days from link click

Last valid link receives attribution

Subject to customer browser/device settings

Policy Changes

We may update this policy with 10 Business Days’ notice to affiliates. Changes apply prospectively.
