Our Personal BluePrint® on demand e-module is used by people at various life stages. High school students wanting to clarify or choose a future path, professionals starting a new career, or in a growth or transition stage, and leaders building purpose driven teams with strong personal and organisational alignment.

Design your Organisation. Build Your Impact.

If you are building or leading a purpose-driven community organisation, and you are clear on your Personal BluePrint®, you can look at our Social Architex® program. Our Social Architex ® on demand e-module is for early to emerging community organisations solving problems, clarifying their path for success and attracting resources to scale their impact.

Design Change. Empower your Team.

Register for our one-on-one coaching for community builders or senior leaders in organisations. Over eight (8) weeks, we work with you through key change features of your organisation to guide you from issue diagnosis to an action and results oriented plan to effectively navigate change.


Design your Culture. Improve Belonging.

Register for our bespoke program where we work with you to design an inclusion program for your organisation to ensure inclusivity is embedded in the DNA of your organisation. Registrants will be notified when we launch our new diagnostic tool to help you assess the inclusivity of your organisation’s culture.

Zione Walker-Nthenda is the founder of Community Builder Lab. She is a lawyer, strategist and speaker who has worked in the community, social justice and government sectors, leading significant reforms focused on young people, families, communities and the law. She brings years of community building experience to the design and delivery of our programs.

Zione is a strategist and contributes across four domains with various organisations -

  • An executive within organisations navigating change.
  • A coach helping individuals and organisations plan for success.
  • An advisory or board member.
  • A presenter engaged as a speaker, facilitator, moderator and podcaster.
